« on: January 04, 2009, 10:49:03 AM »
We have seen in the story of Kazharchinga Nayanar, the Chozha
King, who cut the hand of his queen that plucked the flowers in
Siva temple in Tiruvarur. We also saw the devotee, who cut the
queen's nose first, for having smelt the flowers in the garden, of
Siva temple.  The king who cut of the hand of his queen is Kazharsinga,
the Chozha King.  The devotee who cut off the nose of the queen,
without any fear is Seruthunai Nayanar.  Seruthunai Nayanar and
Kazharsinga Nayanar were both blessed by Siva in Tiruvarur temple
and were taken to His abode.
