Siva Rahasyam

Suri Nagamma says:

Once a long time back, Bhagavan Ramana was describing the
story of Sri Dakshinamoorthy avatara.  I also wrote about it
in my Letters.  At that time, Bhagavan Ramana had said that He
had read about in some books.  I did not ask Him from where He
has been telling that story.  The matter was left at that.

In April 1948, when Bhagavan was in Jubilee Hall, one old Gujarati
lady, by name Ms. Jiji Pratabharai Desai had come and she was
reading some book in the Hall and she left the Hall, forgetting
about the book.  I took it and found that it contained some Sanksrit
slokas and Gujarati commentary.  I gave that to Bhagavan and
looked at the book for some time.  He then looked at me and said:
"See, you wanted to know a long time back, where the detailed story
of Sri Dakshinamoorthy avatara comes.  This is that book.  This
is Siva Rahasyam, and the story comes in Canto X, Chapter 2."
I took the book and made some jottings in my note book. I returned
the book to the Gujarati lady in the evening.

When devotees discuss spiritual matters, the necessary references
always come to them through Bhagavan in some unknown ways!
This is one more incident of that nature!
