Verse  7:

Siva who is in the thoughts of all (it may also mean: this one who cannot be comprehended by all, thinking about him. He transcends the thoughts of all] who is the eye to the celestial beings who do not wink and whose fame is limited.
He who has three eyes who is the earth. Those who praise the god who has a lady as his half and who is in Maṇam Cheri surrounded by big fields, are really great people.

Arunachala Siva.

Verse  8:

Siva who destroyed the strength of the twenty shoulders and beautiful ten crowns of Ravaṇaṉ who lifted (the mount Kailāsh) who has the supreme bliss which has no end.
Those who are able to cherish with excessive devotion holding as their support Maṇam Cheri, where the bees hum like music, having drunk honey excessively, are really great people.

Arunachala Siva.

Verse  9:

Siva who is in the form of words, who was not known by Brahma, the creator and the tall Vishnu, uttering the praises of Siva they have learnt and worshipping him.
(people of this world! ) praise the feet of our Lord who is all things and who is in Maṇam Cheri, praised by good people of penance and are able to raise themselves due to grace of god.

Arunachala Siva.

Verse  10:

To destroy the words of the Jains and Buddhists, who do not have even a little bit of knowledge, Siva who has an everlasting bliss to those people who live, having Maṇam Cheri, as their refuge which is surrounded by never drying tanks, karmas will not stick.

Arunachala Siva.

The garland of Tamizh verses composed by Jnana Sambandhaṉ of good fame who filled the noble mind of the King of the people of Sirkazhi and who is the spiritual vision. To those who are able to sing with melody about Maṇam Cheri surrounded by great fields of fertile soil, there will be no sins.

Padigam on Tirumanam Cheri completed.

Tiru Venupuram. (another name for Sirkazhi).

Verse 1:

Vēṇupuram which floated above the sea during deluge where the bright pearls leave the sea and reach the fields where the women-folk of the farmers wander. It
is the place for the god who has matted locks of hair on which the crescent moon, water and the extremely cruel cobra glitter.

Vēṇupuram where there are people who become sympathetic towards supplicants who suffered much in their minds for donation which comes without concealing. It
is the place of the Lord who has as his half a lady with tresses of hair adorned with flowers of Kuravu (bottle-flower), globular shoulders like the middle portion of the bamboo, and who has a cobra in his hand [The middle portion between two joints in a bamboo is compared to a lady's shoulders].

Vēṇupuram where there are gardens on which clouds traverse and which is surrounded by fertile [fields] which give abundant yield in every season is the place where the Lord, who covered himself with the skin of an elephant to frighten the lady with a beautiful form, resides.

Vēṇupuram where flags hoisted on mansions of different colors of plaster, glitter in the air. It is the place of the Lord who could not be known by both Kaṇṇaṉ (Vishnu) and the god who is eminent in the big and fragrant (lotus) flower, (Brahma).
[As Kaṇṇaṉ is the incarnation of Vishnu, he is spoken of as Kaṇṇaṉ.]

Verse 10:

Vēṇupuram where there are scholars who know the abode of Siva which is above that of the Devas, by their knowledge of arts and works on the three divisions of Tamizh and who know the value of silence [Speechlessness is the zenith of god-realization]. Jains who do not know worldly pleasures and Buddhists who wander about covering their bodies with yellow robes do not know him.  It is the place of the Lord where devotees live who do not even look at those who indulge in abusing Siva.

Arunachala Siva.
