The following verse and the Padigam has been composed and sung by Tiru Navukklarasar on Siva,
in the temple of Tiruk Kacchi Ekambam, the ancient name for Kanchipuram. This is in 4.007 of Saiva Canon.

This temple is in Kanchipuram and it can be reached by bus from Tindivanam or Chennai or  Chingleput.

Siva - Ekambara Nathar, Tashuvak Kuzhaintha Nathar, the one who melted when His wife embraced Him.

Uma - Kamakshi, Elvaar Kuzhali.

Holy tree - Mango tree.

Holy tirtham - Kemba river, Sivaganga tank.

I meditated in my mind, Siva, who is difficult to be known to people who have deceit in their hard hearts.
The God who is mixed with those who have no deceit. The able God who rides on a bull.  He is the God who dances
at night holding fire in the palm,  with the cobra to dance and the matted locks, to hang low.

Arunachala Siva.

The following verse and the Padigam, has been composed and sung by Tiru Navukkarasar. This is a general
Padigam titled Siva, the great sound.  This is in 4.008 of Saiva Canon.

Is there any thing other than the sound Siva,, for wealth to the permanent and spotless? I challenge; though He is great,
but eats, getting alms.  His dress is a skin upon that there is a dancing cobra. He eats His food which is just like the
size of the stone in a sling. His temple in the scorched cremation ground. His eating vessel is the skull; if we think about Him, though they have understood His nature and His affability the celestial beings offer Him their hearts as His seat.

Arunachala Siva.

My head!  Having adorned His head with a garland of skull, you bow down to the Chief who collects alms in a skull.
My head, you bow down to Siva.

My eyes! Having a vision of Siva, who has a neck that consumed the poison that rose in the sea.

My nose!  Make a sound about the Lord who has three eyes and dwells in the cremation ground which is the oldest;
the husband of the lady who is all speech. My nose!

My hands!  You worship with your hands joined by scattering fragrant big flowers, the supreme Siva, who has tied in
His waist a cobra which has a hood in its head.

Verse 8 of Tiru Amga Maalai, (Saiva Canon 4.009)

What is the benefit we get from this body?  Going from left to right round the temple of Haran. Siva,
What is the benefit we get from this body when we do not say 'you protect me' showering flowers with the hands,
at His feet.

Arunachala Siva.

What is the use of the legs?  What is the use of the legs when we do not go round the temple Kokarnam, of beautiful towers which is the temple where the Lord with a neck which has poison, dwells.

Having reached the red feet of Siva, who holds a young deer, being counted among the hosts of Bhootas, land ghosts, belonging to Siva, shall I feel exulted? Reaching the feet of Siva. is itself salvation.

I searched within myself and realized, the God who could not be searched by Vishnu and four faced Brahma, though
they tried their level best to search and find Him out.

Tiru Anga Maalai - concluded.

The following verse and the Padigam has been composed and sung by Tiru Navukkarasar, on
Tiruk Kedila VaNar, the Lord near the Kedilam river.  This is in Siva Canon, 4.010.

The Lord near the river Kedilam, is Veerasthaneswarar of Tiruvadigai.

The location of the temple, the names of Siva and Uma, the holy tree, the holy tirtham -- all these details
have already been given in the first Padigam on Tiruvadigi, see elsewhere in this serial post.

Siva,  who dwells on the bank of the river Kedilam,  in which superior God appears when the bed is scratched up.
He has matted locks, into which the young crescent moon of rising rays submerges in the flood which surrounds the
matted locks.  He has a Veena of gentle sound.  He holds in His hand a young disporting deer.

Arunachala Siva.
