Tips to Transport yourself to Arunachalam

Dear friends

sometimes in office due to work stress, due to personal stress body ailments we may feel very weak and not having the energy & even feel disconnected from our Arunachala Ramana.

Those times I found one quicker tip to refresh ourselves  viz.  Recollecting reminiscences of Master Bhagavan Sri Ramana Maharishi.

I tell to myself like this:  Pathala lingam temple ,  guru murtham,  tortoise rock,  seven springs, annamalai swami,  mudaliar patti, keerai patti, yechammal, masthan swamigal,  pachiamman temple,  naan yaar, upadesa undiyaar,  mother azhagammal,  skandhasramam etc. in a random manner.

These mere words will produce before our mind wonderful holy pictures of Maharish's life and teachings.  These powerful satsanga will at once remove our tiredness and depression and give us fresh vigour and fresh strength to face life and to do more and more sadhana.


In tamil these words in unnikrishnan song rings in my ears:

எதை மறந்தாலும் அருணாச்சலத்தை மறவாதே மனமே
Oh Mind even when you forget everything else, don't forget Arunachalam.
