This is a Tiruppugazh, where Saint Poet Arunagiri Natha describes Namasivaya, rotating the holy mantra, in several times:

          jaya jaya aruNAdhdhiri namasivaya ...... thirumUlA

jaya jaya aruNAdhdhiri yanamasiva
     jaya jaya aruNAdhdhiri vayanamasi
          jaya jaya aruNAdhdhiri sivaya namasthu ...... enamARi

jaya jaya aruNAdhdhiri thanin vizhi vaiththu
     arahara charaNAdhdhiri ena urugi
          jaya jaya guru bAggiyamena maruvi ...... sudar thALai

siva siva charaNAdhdhiri jaya jayena
     saraN misai thozhudhEththiya suvai peruga
          thiruvadi siva vAkkiya kadal amudhai ...... kudiyEnO

jaya jaya charaNAdhdhiri ena munivark
     gaNamidhu vinai kAththidum ena maruva
          seda mudi malai pOtr avuNargal aviya ...... sudum vElA

thirumudi adi pArththidum ena iruvarkku
     adi thalai theriyAppadi niNa aruNa
          sivasudar siki nAttavan iru seviyil ...... pugalvOnE

jaya jaya saraNAthdhdhiri enum adiyeRku
     iruvinai podiyAkkiya sudar veLiyil
          thirunatamidhu pArtthidum enamagizhpoR ...... gurunAthA

thigazh kiLimozhi pAR suvai idhazh amudha
     kuRa magaL mulai mEl pudhu maNa maruvi
          sivagiri aruNAdhdhiri thala magizh poR ...... perumALE.

......... Meaning .........

jaya jaya aruNAdhdhiri sivayanama: "Victory to You! Victory to You! Oh "sivayanama"(*1) of Mount AruNAchalam!

jaya jaya aruNAdhdhiri masivayana: Victory to You! Victory to You! Oh "masivayana"(*2) of Mount AruNAchalam!

jaya jaya aruNAdhdhiri namasivaya thirumUlA: Victory to You! Victory to You! Oh "namasivaya"(*3) of Mount AruNAchalam! You are the Primordial One!

jaya jaya aruNAdhdhiri yanamasiva: Victory to You! Victory to You! Oh "yanamasiva"(*4) of Mount AruNAchalam!

jaya jaya aruNAdhdhiri vayanamasi: Victory to You! Victory to You! Oh "vayanamasi"(*5) of Mount AruNAchalam!

jaya jaya aruNAdhdhiri sivaya namasthu enamARi: Victory to You! Victory to You! Oh "sivayanama"(*6) of Mount AruNAchalam!" - repeating the same ManthrA by rotating the letters,

jaya jaya aruNAdhdhiri thanin vizhi vaiththu: saying "Victory to You! Victory to You!" and fixing my eyes on the Mount AruNAchalam",

arahara charaNAdhdhiri ena urugi: "Oh Hara Hara! Your feet are seen in the Mount" - meditating on You with these words,

jaya jaya guru bAggiyamena maruvi sudar thALai: I realise that this ManthrA of "Jaya Jaya (Victory to You)" has been bestowed upon us by our kind Master; considering that blessing, I wish to concentrate on Your holy feet glowing like an effulgence

siva siva charaNAdhdhiri jaya jayena: and praise them, saying "Lord SivA's hallowed feet! (they are in the shape of this great Mount), Victory to You! Victory to You!"

saraN misai thozhudhEththiya suvai peruga: and prostrating at those feet (the Mountain), with the ecstasy of my prayer growing boundlessly,

thiruvadi siva vAkkiya kadal amudhai kudiyEnO: shall I be able to imbibe the blissful nectar emerging from the milky ocean of the SivA ManthrA?

jaya jaya charaNAdhdhiri ena munivark gaNam: Multitude of sages have chanted "Victory to You! Oh Mount AruNAchalam, being the hallowed feet of the Lord!

idhu vinai kAththidum ena maruva: This holy Mountain will save us from our past deeds!" - with this prayer they have thronged around the Mountain;

seda mudi malai pOtr avuNargal aviya sudum vElA: The demons, who believed that their bodies and crowns were saved by the Mount Krouncha and the seven mountains of their lineage, were killed and burnt down by Your powerful Spear, Oh Lord!

thirumudi adi pArththidum ena iruvarkku: Challenging Lord Vishnu and BrahmA to find His Head and reach His Feet,

adi thalai theriyAppadi niNa aruNa sivasudar: Lord SivA stood as a reddish Flame, with His Feet and Head beyond the ken (knowledge) of the two;

siki nAttavan iru seviyil pugalvOnE: He has the unique central eye of Fire; You filled the two ears of that SivA with the preaching (of the PraNava ManthrA)!

jaya jaya saraNAthdhdhiri enum adiyeRku: When I say, "Victory to You! Victory to You! Oh the holy Feet of the Lord in the form of Mount AruNachalam",

iruvinai podiyAkkiya sudar veLiyil: my deeds (good and bad) are shattered in the blazing light,

thirunatamidhu pArtthidum enamagizhpoR gurunAthA: and You joyfully beckon me to see the vision of Your cosmic dance, Oh my Master!

thigazh kiLimozhi pAR suvai idhazh amudha: Her speech is like the sweet words of the parrot; Her wet lips taste like milk and nectar;

kuRa magaL mulai mEl pudhu maNa maruvi: She is VaLLi, the damsel of the KuRavAs; You enjoy Her freshly aromatic bosom;

sivagiri aruNAdhdhiri thala magizh poR perumALE.: You are seated with relish in the Mount of SivA, ThiruvaNNAmalai, Oh Handsome and Great One!

*1) sivayanama is the ManthrA of SivA - PanchAksharA - as delineated in the VEdAs.
(*2) masivayana is the ManthrA obtained from the above by shifting the last letter to the first position.
(*3) namasivaya is the ManthrA obtained from the above by shifting the last letter to the first position.
(*4) yanamasiva is the ManthrA obtained from the above by shifting the last letter to the first position.
(*5) vayanamasi is the ManthrA obtained from the above by shifting the last letter to the first position.
(*6) Again, sivayanama is the ManthrA obtained from the above by shifting the last letter to the first position; if this process is repeated, PanchAkshara ChakrA rotates.
