Dear Krishnan,

I do not know about the third. The first two are available in Swami Suddhananda Bharati's Tamizh biography, Sri Ramana
Vijayam.

Dear Nagaraj,

Can you help Krishnan in the matter? I do not know cutting and pasting technique. All that I write from Sri Bhagavan's works
and Reminiscences are only  by way of typing the whole matter myself.  Moreover, I do not have Sanskrit or Tamizh fonts software
in my system. Please help Krishnan's requirement.

Dear Krishnan, Subramanian Sir,

here is the hand written note of Bhagavan in 1896 -

“I have, in search of my Father and in obedience to his command, started from here. THIS is only embarking on a virtuous enterprise. Therefore none need grieve over THIS affair. To trace THIS out, no money need be spent.

Your college fee has not been paid. Rupees two are enclosed herewith.

       Thus ___________________

I will post Bhagavan's message to his mother in some time, as i need to type it out.

Regarding, the final message of Bhagavan, i believe, Bhagavan never gave any final message, as he never believed so in finality, all i remember is his most famous quote - "where can I go? I am here" But let me see, I have some book, which perhaps gives out some details before his Maha Nirvana.

Here is the original message of Bhagavan to his mother in Tamil -

Dear Nagaraj,

Thank you very much. You have acted promptly. The First message is the voyager's journey towards Truth.  Sri Bhagavan had
jettisoned His name even at that stage. Hence no signature!  What name you can give for that name less form less Truth?
Saint Maniikkavachagar sings: For One who has no name and form, let us sing a thousand names and play theLLeNam!
Tiru theLLenam - Tiruvachakam.  TheLLeNam is a game of young girls with marbles.

The Second Message is epitome of Saranagati, (to Mother Azhagmma). 'Not even sun can shine there, not even moon, even
stars cannot shine there without Him. Only due that Self Effulgence, everything shines! - says Upanishads. Nin ishtam en ishtam,
says Sri Bhagavan. He concludes by way of saying It is better to be silent.

Dear Subramanian Sir,

you are most welcome sir, it was my pleasure. Here is the tamil translation, as well, of the 1896 note of Bhagavan:

Dear Nagaraj,

See His original handwriting. It shows maturity and urgency. It does not look like a hand writing of a 17 year old boy.
You may see His same hand writing when He corrected some Guru Vachaka Kovai of Muruganar. His philosophy remained
the same. He is the same. His hand writing is the same.

Dear Sir,

Bhagavan is a mystery beyond the grasp of our minds...

The lives of Bhagavan and the likes, is such an injustice to us ordinary mortals  :D stars run around our heads, even thinking about them!

?????????????????????:)

Dear Nagaraj,

When you mentioned "stars run around our heads", I remember one incident.  Sri Bhagavan and Nayana were walking on
the Hill, on one night.  Sri Nayana, known for his profound knowledge in Vedas and astrology and astronmy, was showing
Sri Bhagavan: "Bhagavan! This is Mars. This is Venus. This is Orion constellatiion. This is Libra constellation. This is the star
Sirius...."  Sri Bhagavan replied: "Nayana! I am experiencing that all these are revolving around my waist!"  Nayana was
flabbergasted.  He looked at Sri Bhagavan and it is reported that he prostrated to Him, then and there!

Annamalai the Self, the Eye
Behind the Eye of mind which sees
The eye and all other senses
Which know the Space and other elements
The Being which contains, reveals, perceives
The inner Space  that shines within the Heart
When the mind free of thought turns inward,
Annamalai appears as my own Self,
True, Grace is needed, Love is added
Bliss wells up.

                   - Atma Vidya Kirtanam, Verse 5

One of the apostles of Christ says  that, if one were to write the glories of the Son of God, such books written, will
this whole earth!

It is also true in the case of the Son of Siva.

Arunachala Siva.

Salutations to Bhagavan

Hi Nagaraj

Very beautiful to see Bhagavan's message in Tamil.

I suppose in 1900 period the tamil conversation and the writing was very much still in the senthamizh style.

I have also read elsewhere Bhagavan uses the old tamil style speaking.

Anycase,  these two messages are again and again re-collected by my mind.

Thanks Subramanian Sir to have requested Nagarj and obtained these two main messages of Bhagavan.

1. Sri Bhagavan used brahminical tamizh (Sanskrit mixed) while conversing with others. At the same time, He took care every one to address with respect in plural.

2. His works however were in pure Tamizh,  (Senthamizh) particularly Ullada Narpadu and Upadesa Undiyar.

Arunachala Siva,
