Revelation about "Revelation"
« on: October 29, 2011, 06:07:35 PM »
The Self is as He is,
Even without becoming a witness to Himself.
Now, it may be protested:
“Why should He who is complete in Himself
Cause Himself to be an object of perception? (216)

“It makes no sense to say
That what already exists is revealed;
Such revelation is pointless. (217)

Dear Nagaraj,

Nice. Jnaneswar says in 219: It is unmistakable that the face is in its own place, as well as reflected in the mirror. However,
the real face is in its own placed and not in the mirror.

Sri Bhagavan has also said in Who am I?: Rama to know that he is Rama, does he require a mirror?

Subramanian Sir,

Yes... Every verse of Jnaneshwar that i read, I am able to recollect Bhagavan's Vachanaamrutam exactly conveying the same. Both Side it is the same Sun that shines :)
