Children and Their Questions About God.
« on: September 16, 2011, 01:49:27 AM »
Hello Everyone,

Could anyone provide advice on how tell young children about God or whether there are any books that might help.

And also how tell them about death.

My young daughter has recently been asking me and I find it very difficult to explain these things to her.

Any advice would be welcome.

Paul.

Dear Paul,

Children are no doubt, very intelligent nowadays.  You can tell them
nice Biblical stories like how David had defeated Goliath,  how Jesus
helped Lazarus to come out of death, how he helped many disease-
afflicted people to good health etc..  If there were questions about
Death, tell them that we will be reaching the Father in the heaven,
who is the Father of all.

Dear Subramanian.R,

thank-you very much for your reply. Those suggestions are very helpful and I have got a starting point and direction now. It will focus my attention on looking at some of the Biblical stories.
