Dear prasanth,

Yes. Guru is grace personified.  The Grace is ever flowing. Only our ego should not obstruct it. Even here, Guru will try to remove the
ego if one has got an ardent faith in him.  Once Devaraja Mudaliar
asked Sri Bhagavan: "Bhagavan!  You are telling grace is ever flowing. But I am still not able to feel it."  Sri Bhagavan smilingly replied:  "Mudaliar! Grace is ever flowing. But "you" don't come in
between!" Sun is ever shining. But sometimes we don't see the sun
not because sun is not there, but due to clouds hiding our view.

Silence is the best, the most potent initiation. Silent initiation changes the heart of all.

Dear prasanth,

Here I sit, in the shadow of the temple, my back against the wall.

Opposite:  Blazing light.

Behind Him: sand, coconut palms. A monkey walks behind Him, just a few yards away, its baby clasping itself tight under its mother, and looking curiously into His direction from its safe, protected place.
Squirrels running up and down the palms. An attendant moves a fan, to protect Him from the heat.

Silence.

Someone approaches, prostrates before Him, and hands a bundle of incense sticks to one of His attendants, who lights them. A wave of scent floats through the stillness.

Silence.

Silence penetrating from the immortal!

The stillness that He is, the stillness that I am, is the meaning of things.

- Wolter A. Keers.

It is very hard to realize one's true state or nature without the grace of the guru.

Individuality is the illusion that we are not identical with God. When the illusion is dispelled, what remains is God.

Dear prasanth,

Yes. Sri Bhagavan has said in Who am I?

What is Real is only Atma Swarupam.  The world, the jiva and the Iswara [personal god] are only the illusions as silver in oyster shell.

Realization of the Self is realization of God. It is not an experience of God, rather, it is an understanding that one is God.

Knowing the Self, God is known. In fact, God is none other than Self.

Dear prasanth,

God, Self and Brahman -- all are one and the same. God becomes the Self when God is not found outside but within.

Once someone asked Sri Bhagavan: Bhagavan!  What will you say if Siva appears before you?"  Sri Bhagavan smiled and said: "I shall tell him not to have this coming and going business with me. Stay in my Heart."

Dear prasanth,

Someone asked Sri Bhagavan: Why should God create Maya?

Sri Bhagavan: Where is Maya from?  Maya is also from God or
Consciousness. There is only Consciousness.  The manifesting
power of Consciousness is Maya.

The one unalterable reality is being. Until you realize that state of pure being you should pursue the inquiry.
