Dear prasanth,

I have seen some Kuchipudi dance programmes in TV shows.
It is really nice but it is quite tough.  In my view, it is tougher
than even Bharata Natyam. The dancer should keep the eye
on her head where there is a pot to see that it does not fall.
She should also see that she moves the plate under the feet
carefully so that she does not slip out of the plate.

I think it is something like self enquiry.  The attention should
not leave even for a second, on other matters.  Sri Sankara says
in one of his poems, that if one slips from Atma Vichara, then
it is like stepping on to a ball in the stair case, while you step down.  The ball will make to slip and fall because of its spherical
nature and the damage to you will be terrible.  Or it is like the ball, which you bump and bring down to each step.  If you miss once,
the ball will move swiftly through the steps and you will miss the
purpose.
