What Book Would You Recomend?
« on: November 18, 2010, 02:09:17 AM »
I am reading " Ramana Maharshi His Life" by Gabriele Ebert, and am enjoying the book immensely. What book or books would you recommend to a novice like myself?

Namaste,

Dear revzen,

If you want to know the biography of Bhagavan Ramana from His
birth to the year 1931 - you can read the book Self Realization,
by B.V. Narasimaha Swami.  This is also published by Sri
Ramanasramam.

I have ordered The teachings of Sri Ramana Maharshi in His own words -
by Arthur Osborne, available at Sri Ramanasramam.

am looking forward to reading it when it arrives. I must say though that " Ramana Maharshi His Life" by Gabriele Ebert is well worth the read!
