The Verse 3 reads as under:

Tamil:

Ulahu mei poi thotram ulaharivam anru enren
Ulahu sukam andu endru uraithen - Ulahu vittu
Tannai ondri-randu thaanantru naanaatra
annilai ellarukum oppam.

Sanskrit Version: (Kavyakanta Ganapati Sastri)

Satyam mrsaa va chid-idam jadam vaa
dukkham sukham veti mudaa vivaadah |
adrshta lokaa niraham pratitih
nishtaa' vikalpaa parama'khilestaa ||

Sanskrit Version: (Lakshmana Sarma)

Vaadaih kim bhavitaa jagadbhavati sanmithyaabhramas'
                         chijjadam
anandam nanu dukhameva taditi tyaktvaa samastam jagat |
svaatmaanam samavetya satyamammalam dvaitaikyavaadaatige
yaa'hantaarahitaa sthitirnijapade sarvaadrataa saiva hi ||

Vada and samvada - have a role in gaining spiritual knowledge.
But when these discussions become mere intellectual exercises
or dialogues, intllelctual brain washing, they are futile.  Vada
and Samvada should start true inquiry which culminates in realization.

Scholastic arguments or hypothetical drawing room discussions
about the world and the cause of the world as real or unreal,
sentient or insentient, sorrow or joy are in vain.

Vivekachudamani, Verse 59 says:

Study of scriptures too which does not result in experience of
the Truth is fruitless. 

Sri Sankara says "sabdajala maharanyam", the great jungle of noise,
in another place.

The desired end of all is where the world under discussion and
the one who is in discussion -- all dissolves into a non dual state
free from doubts.  Herein one realizes that the cause of the world
is real, sentient and happiness (Sat-Chit-Ananda), which alone
is experienced at the empirical level as unreal, inert and full of
limitations. 

Of what avail is it to indulge in verbal wrangles, saying "the world
is real", (no), "it is an illusory appearance", the world is Chit
-sentient; (no) it is but jada (insentient); "it is happiness", (no)
"it is full of misery"? That illumined state of Truth, freed of the notions of unity and duality of jiva and para, with the jivabhava
obliterated by enquiry, setting aside such disputations on the nature
of the world - is acceptable to men of all contentions.

In Verse 2, Bhagavan Ramana said Thannilaiyil nitral thalai -
- Abidance in the Self, this state is the highest.
In Verse 3, Bhagavan Ramana says "Nan atra annilai ellarkum
oppaam" -  "The state where there is no "I" is acceptable to all.
The state of Abidance in the Self which is the highest state,
is the state where there is no I." This is the conclusive statement
from both the verses.
