THE MORE WE STUDY THE LESS WE KNOW
« on: August 02, 2008, 07:04:14 AM »
THE MORE WE STUDY; THE LESS WE KNOE

THERE IS NO END TO KNOWLEDGE AS IT IS INFINITE.

LET US FIRST KNOW OURSELF  RATHER THAN KNOWING ANYTHING ELSE IS THE PURPOSE OF LIFE.

KNOWING MANYTHINGS WITHOUT KNOWING THE SELF IS AS GOOD AS SUCIDE AND WASTAGE OF LIFE.

Religion is a delearning process,it is not an accumulation of knowledge. If we shed what we are not we will know what we are.

Dear Sankar and others,  When one starts unlearning,
the Truth will shine.  Any amount of book knowledge
will not help.  In Viveka Choodamani, Sankara speaks
about 'three sticking'.  The sticking to the body, the
sticking to wife, children and family and the sticking
to books!  This Eeashana thrayam should go.
