The last darshan of Bhagavan Ramana
« on: April 22, 2009, 10:49:16 AM »
One more fortunate soul who had darshan of Bhagavan Ramana and
also served Him with something, was Mahalakshmi Amma.  Her
story is a different one and I shall write a separate post on her
experiences with Bhagavan.

During one of the last few days of Bhagavan Ramana, Mahalakshmi
Amma, went to the Asramam with a new towel and a pocket of
sugar candies.  She wanted to wipe Bhagavan Ramana's legs
with that towel and preserve it as a relic for her life.  She also
wanted to give some sugar candies to Bhagavan from the pocket
and keep the remaining as prasad.

She waited at the Mother's Temple, opposite Nirvana Room.  Permission was hardly given to anyone.  When someone mentioned
to Bhagavan Ramana about her coming, Bhagavan Ramana readily
agreed.  She went inside, wiped His legs with the towel and then
gave Him sugar candies.  Bhagavan Ramana took them with relish.

Om Sarva Sadguni Namah!

This 79th Name in 108 Names of Bhagavan says:

One Who is the embodiment of all good characteristics!

Arunachala Siva.
