Sri Rudram at Sri Ramanasramam
« on: March 28, 2009, 04:33:47 PM »
After my darshan at Arunachala, I wrote about the chanting of Sri
Rudram in Sri Ramanasramam, sponsored by Sri Chandrasekhara
Bharati - Sri Chandrasekhara Saraswathi Veda Trust, Coimbatore.
This morning I posted about N. Subramanian Swamigal, the Priest
in Asramam for 50 years.

Coincidentally in the afernoon courier, I received the Homa Prasad
from the CCVT Trust, for the humble contribution that I had made.
It was a delightful happening, reminding me of my darshan of Arunachala.  Sri Manikkavachagar sings in Tiruvachakam, Tiru
Chazhal (Holy Verbal Duel) Verse 1:

He is applying Vibhuti all over the body and He is wearing ferocious
    serpent all over the body,
But He speaks Vedas, how come my girl?
What if He applies, wears and speaks these?
He is naturalness (Self) in all beings, O my girl!

If serpent of ego is killed, and made into ashes,
You will understand the Self within you,
And all that you speak will be Vedas!

Arunachala Siva.
