Tiruvembavai - 14
« on: December 29, 2008, 11:16:04 AM »
The Song 14 of Tiruvembavai speaks about the glory of Siva and
Sakti, Unnamulai and Annamalai.  The girls sing:

Let our ear studs, move and dance.  Let our gold ornaments, move
and dance.  Let our flower decked locks move and dance.  Let the
bees humming around the flowers dance.  Let us dive into the cool
waters and bathe.  Then, let us sing the glory of Siva, the Dancing
God of the golden court, who is the purport of Vedas to reach Him.
He is the Effulgence, wearing konrai garlands.  He is the beginning
and the end of this universe.  Let us sing the Mother Sakti, Unnamulai,
who will separate us from her play of Maya, let us sing Her feet!

Mother Sakti is Suddha Maya, and prayer to Her shall separate us
from Maya of this world.

Arunachala Siva.
