« on: December 03, 2008, 01:19:39 PM »
Adaikala Pathu, Decad of Surrender, of Sri Muruganar in Sri Ramana
Sannidhi Murai, comprises ten verses and is modelled on Adaikala
Pathu of Manikkavachagar in Tiruvachakam.

Verse 1 reads as under:

The generations of devotees who came you are having a rich life
    of spirituality,
With your grace that flows from your eyes, O Venkata,
This lowly of bad karmas, is carrying this body of all sins
And suffering in delusion and vacillation, I am your slave, I surrender
    to You.

Verse 10 reads like this:

With delusion, I am mad, O Venkata, you snapped my delusion,
O the wealth of Effulgence, Please grace me to,
To avoid drowning again into this darkness of birth again,
I am your slave,  I surrender to you!
