Sri Ramana Punarchi Pathu
« on: December 02, 2008, 02:29:56 PM »
Punarchi Pathu, Decad of Union, in Sri Ramana Sannidhi Murai, of
Muruganar, is of 10 verses and is modelled on the Tiruvachakam song
of the same title.

Verse 3 reads as under:

O the one who made the unbendable mountain as a bow!
O the one who burnt the high walls (of Tripura) with his arrow!
O the one who wears the just born crescent moon on his locks!
O the one who quenches the tiresomeness of those who have
come to you with their awesome tiredness!
O Venkata! when can I embrace your chest and stay there,
In the everlasting bliss, without delusion?

Verse 4 reads as under:

O, I am not able to swim through the dark ocean of samsara,
O, I am not able to bear the burns of desires,
O Venakta! when can I stay at your feet that gives peace?
In the everlasting peace, at your chest?
