Sri Ramana Tiru Pulambal
« on: November 28, 2008, 11:57:45 AM »
Sri Ramana Tiru Pulambal, Holy Murmuring, contains 15 verses and is modelled on Tiru Pulambal of Manikkavachagar in Tiruvachakam.
This is in Sri Ramana Sannidhi Murai of Muruganar.

Verse 1 reads as under:

O Lord! the one who is wearing the serpents as his sacred thread,
When I was drowning in the whirlpool and mud of five senses,
You saved me, I was about to go rotten with maddening desires,
O Venkata, Now I do not want anything that is not be wanted!

Verse 2 reads as under:

The devas starting from Brahma, ran away from the ocean,
When the poison rushed forth and you took it as nectar!
O Venkata! I shall always contemplate on your feet, and
That lotus feet will be an adornment for my head!
