Guru Namasivaya's Poems - (20)
« on: September 24, 2008, 05:39:09 PM »
96.  O Annamalai!  You appear everywhere, for the devotees.
You with love mount the bull.  You confer the siddhis that
are wanted.  You stay in the pure minds of self realized Sages.
The devas praise you.  You are the tall Hills.

97. O Annamalai!  You bear the burdens of great tapsvins.
You bear everyone who come to you.  You are the Truth.
You saved the devas by consuming the poison.

98. O Annamalai!  In the Hills, the elephants stretch their
trunks, pluck the flowers of karpaga tree and give them to
their she-elephants.  You are in the hearts of Jnanis.  Your
cave is the home of my Guru, Guhai Namasivaya.

99. O Annamalai!  You confer the never-disappearing liberation.
You erase the karmas of devotees, cancel the future births
and bless them with liberation.

100. O Annamalai!  You appeared with my Mother, Unnamulai,
and took me to your abode, forgiving all my sins.  You are ever
new and fresh.  You are having Ganga in your matted locks,
which are gold like the noon sun.

1. Who ever listens, reads and sings with good music, this
one hundred songs, which speak only about the glory of
Panchakshara, will be ever happy in this world and attain the
liberation, that is the feet of Siva.

2. I circumambulate Annamalai everyday and chant your
Panchakshara.  I see the king of Annamalai in his temple
and also the abode of my mother, Unnamulai, everyday and
pray to their golden feet without fail.

Arunachala Siva.
