« on: September 22, 2008, 05:02:57 PM »
Arunagiri Andati: continues....

1. O Arunachala! Sankara! Gangadhara!  When there are golden
ornaments studded with pearls and rubies, when you have got
adequate stock of gold with Kubera, why do you choose to wear,
angry serpents, skin of the tiger and the elephant and garland
of skulls of Brahma?

2. O Arunachala!  Gangadhara!  When this day that you shall
call me, look at me with love and grace and merge me in
liberation, please tell.

3. O Arunachala!  I got you, the Formless One, as my Guru and
kept you in my heart.  I have driven away my ego, three 'malam's
and the sanchita karma.

4. O Arunachala! the god of devas.  King of Annamalai.  For
your devotees, who have taken the way that you have indicated,
and who have developed a never oscillating mind, there are no
twofold karmas and the evil seven births.

5. O Arunachala!  After knowing you and your consort Unnamulai,
the divine couple of Annamalai, I do not know any other god.
Even if I know, I do not go behind it thinking it is good.

to be continued....

Arunachala Siva.
