Part 7:  Athirum Kazahal Venba - The glory of the thundering anklets!

1. I do not know a Guru, a god, any dharmas or tapas, atma-
jnana etc., I, the poor me,  know only you, Arunachala.  You
are saving and protecting me from the cycle of birth and death,
through your thundering anklets!  Glory to the anklets!

2. There is not doubt.  O mind, do not oscillate hither and thither.
Siva is sure to save me from the disease of birth and death.  Without
thinking anything else, contemplate on the Guru's thundering
anklets placed your head.  Glory to the anklets!

3. Always be in the Self, without fail. O mind, the body is
impermanent.  Contemplate on the leg that kicked Yama,
the fire-eyed fellow.  Contemplate on the thundering anklets.
Glory to the anklets!

4. The body is dying everyday.  The fire of death is showering
the heat one me.  Do not care.  Contemplate on the thundering
anklets that give the cool shadow from the heat.  Glory to the
thundering anklets!

to be contd.....

Arunachala Siva.
