Verse  6:

ஊர்திரை வேலையுள் ளானு முலகிறந் தொண்பொரு ளானும்
சீர்தரு பாடலுள் ளானுஞ் செங்கண் விடைக்கொடி யானும்
வார்தரு பூங்குழ லாளை மருவி யுடன்வைத் தவனும்
ஆர்திரை நாளுகந் தானு மாரூ ரமர்ந்தஅம் மானே.


Siva who is immanent in Vishnu who in sleeps in the ocean of milk which has slow-moving waves, who is the valuable things which are beyond this world, who is in the famous musical Sama Vedam, who has a red-eyed bull on his flag, who placed on one half the lady with long tresses of hair wearing flowers, being united with her, who was glad to have Atirai star as his star. (see 1st verse).

Verse  5:

ஊழி யளக்கவல் லானு முகப்பவ ருச்சியுள் ளானும்
தாழிளஞ் செஞ்சடை யானுந் தண்ணமர் திண்கொடி யானும்
தோழியர் தூதிடை யாடத் தொழுதடி யார்கள் வணங்க
ஆழி வளைக்கையி னானு மாரூ ரமர்ந்தவம் மானே.

Siva who can measure time by eons, who is on the heads of those who are glad,
who has a red and hanging matted locks of hairs, not showing signs of ageing,
who has a victorious banner on which the form of a battle-axe is drawn, the companions of ladies who have fallen in love with the Lord act as messengers.
The devotees worship with joined hands and pay homage to him.  Who is also Vishnu, who holds in his hands a discus and a conch. Siva is immanent in Vishnu so he is described as such.  (see 1st verse).

கொம்புநல் வேனி லவனைக் குழைய முறுவல்செய் தானும்
செம்புநல் கொண்டெயின் மூன்றுந் தீயெழக் கண்சிவந் தானும்
வம்புநற் கொன்றையி னானும் வாட்கண்ணி வாட்டம தெய்த
அம்பர வீருரி யானு மாரூ ரமர்ந்தவம் மானே.


Siva who smiled to destroy cupid, the god of spring when the trees and creepers put forth branches and fresh leaves, whose eyes turned red due to anger to cause fire rise in the three forts which had the color of copper.  As the walls of fortifications are built of burnt bricks of red color they are compared to copper. He who wears the fragrant and flawless Koṉṟai flowers, whose dress is a skin flayed from an elephant to make the lady, Uma, who has eyes like sword, to be distressed.  (see 1st verse).

Verse 3:

நீறுமெய் பூசவல் லானு நினைப்பவர் நெஞ்சத்து ளானும்
ஏறுகந் தேறவல் லானும் எரிபுரை மேனியி னானும்
நாறு கரந்தையி னானு நான்மறைக் கண்டத்தி னானும்
ஆறு சடைக்கரந் தானு மாரூ ரமர்ந்தவம் மானே.


Siva who can smear his body with sacred ash, who dwells in the hearts of those who meditate upon him, who rides on a bull with joy, who has a body red like fire,
who wears fragrant basil, who gave out the four Vedas and chanted them, who concealed the river Ganga in his matted locks. (see 1st verse).

Verse  2:

நரியைக் குதிரைசெய் வானும் நரகரைத் தேவுசெய் வானும்
விரதங்கொண் டாடவல் லானும் விச்சின்றி நாறுசெய் வானும்
முரசதிர்ந் தானைமுன் னோட முன்பணிந் தன்பர்க ளேத்த
அரவரைச் சாத்திநின் றானு மாரூ ரமர்ந்தவம் மானே.

Siva is capable of transforming jackals into horses.  (This is the support for those who are of the opinion that Māṇikkavāchagar was earlier than the Tēvāram trio.)  He who transforms people in hell as Devas, who can celebrate religious vows and acts of austerity, who can produce seedlings fit for transplantation without seeds; when the elephant is running fast preceding the deity, when Murasu kept on it is beaten to announce royal bounty, when devotees stand in the presence of god, praise him and pay obeisance to him.  He is who wears in his waist a cobra.  (See 1st verse.)

Verse  1:

பாடிளம் பூதத்தி னானும் பவளச்செவ் வாய்வண்ணத் தானும்
கூடிள மென்முலை யாளைக் கூடிய கோலத்தி னானும்
ஓடிள வெண்பிறை யானும் ஒளிதிகழ் சூலத்தி னானும்
ஆடிளம் பாம்பசைத் தானு மாரூ ரமர்ந்தவம் மானே. 

Siva, who has young Bhutas that sing, who has lips red like the coral and complexion like the same, who has the form in which a lady young with breasts which are close to each other, is united with him, who has a white and young crescent moon that moves in the sky, who has a shining trident, and who tied a dancing young cobra in the waist, is the god, our father, who dwells with pleasure in Arūr.

வளர்மதிக் கண்ணியி னானை வார்குழ லாளொடும் பாடிக்
களவு படாததொர் காலங் காண்பான் கடைக்கணிற் கின்றேன்
அளவு படாததொ ரன்போ டையா றடைகின்ற போது
இளமண நாகு தழுவி யேறு வருவன கண்டேன்
கண்டே னவர்திருப் பாதங் கண்டறி யாதன கண்டேன்.

Singing the praises of Siva who wears a chaplet of a crescent moon, increasing in size along with Uma, who has along tresses of hair, I stand at the entrance in order to avail myself of a time that was not stolen by my impiety, to have a view of Siva, when I reach Aiyāṟu with a love that is boundless, I saw many bulls embracing their young and sweet-smelling females. (See 1st verse.).  (The incident about Ravanana is not mentioned in the 10th verse as Tiru Navukkarasar, was so much absorbed in the Darshan, he had as to make him forget it.)

திங்கள் மதிக்கண்ணி யானைத் தேமொழி யாளொடும் பாடி
எங்கருள் நல்குங்கொ லெந்தை யெனக்கினி யென்னா வருவேன்
அங்கிள மங்கைய ராடும் ஐயா றடைகின்ற போது
பைங்கிளி பேடையொ டாடிப் பறந்து வருவன கண்டேன்
கண்டே னவர்திருப் பாதங் கண்டறி யாதன கண்டேன்.

Singing the praises of Siva, who wears a chaplet of a crescent moon by which the lunar month is calculated, along with Uma of words as sweet as honey. I came thinking whether my father will bestow his grace, now at which place. In that place of the temple, when I was reaching Aiyāṟu where young girls are dancing, I saw many green parrots dancing and spreading in the sky with their females. (See 1st verse).

முற்பிறைக் கண்ணியி னானை மொய்குழ லாளொடும் பாடிப்
பற்றிக் கயிறறுக் கில்லேன் பாடியும் ஆடா வருவேன்
அற்றருள் பெற்றுநின் றாரோ டையா றடைகின்ற போது
நற்றுணைப் பேடையொ டாடி நாரை வருவன கண்டேன்
கண்டே னவர்திருப் பாதங் கண்டறி யாதன கண்டேன்.

Singing the praises of Siva, who wears as chaplet the first phase of the moon, along with the lady who has luxuriant tresses of hair, holding his feet, I am unable to cut all my attachments.  I shall come singing and dancing. When I reached Aiyāṟu along with the devotees who have received the grace of god by leaving all attachments.
I saw the crane dancing along with his its good mate. (See 1st verse).

விரும்பு மதிக்கண்ணி யானை மெல்லிய லாளொடும் பாடிப்
பெரும்புலர் காலை யெழுந்து பெறுமலர் கொய்யா வருவேன்
அருங்கலம் பொன்மணி யுந்தும் ஐயா றடைகின்ற போது
கருங்கலை பேடையொ டாடிக் கலந்து வருவன கண்டேன்

Singing the praises of Siva, who wears a chaplet of a crescent moon desired by him, along with a lady of tender nature, waking up from sleep in the last quarter of the night, I shall come currying plucking all available flowers at that time. When I reach Aiyāṟu where the river Kāveri pushes many rare ornaments, gold, and precious stones,I saw male black and its mate joining together in dance.

அடியிணை ஆர்க்குங் கழலான் ஐயா றடைகின்ற போது
இடிகுர லன்னதொ ரேன மிசைந்து வருவன கண்டேன்

Singing the praises of Siva, who wears a chaplet of a bright crescent moon, together with a beautiful lady Uma, I shall come giving vent to my desire by saying whatever comes from my mouth about both the form and nature of Siva.  When I was reaching Aiyāṟu of Siva, who wears anklets on both the legs making sound.  I saw a female pig and a male pig which has a thunderous voice joining together.  (See 1st verse).

Singing the praises of Siva, who wears as a chaplet the crescent moon, which is like a flower, together with the lady a superior jewels, I was coming crossing the forests in the country side a mountains worshipping with folded hands, dancing all the while.
When I was reaching Aiyāṟu where Siva dwells performing dance, I saw male peacocks coming joining with its females. (See 1st verse).

அறையிளம் பூங்குயி லாலும் ஐயா றடைகின்ற போது
சிறையிளம் பேடையொ டாடிச் சேவல் வருவன கண்டேன்

Singing song about Siva, who has a young crescent moon as chaplet, along with the lady wearing bangles, I shall worship with joined hands, the eyes to derive pleasure, by scattering many just blossomed flowers in the ghat.  When I reach Aiyāṟu, where the young and beautiful Indian cuckoo which can sing in a voice of high pitch, sings in a low voice. I saw male birds coming dancing along with their young females prominent by their feathers. (See 1st verse.)

When I reach Aiyāṟu, which has white streams which wash away by waves on the banks, I saw Indian cuckoo of sweet voice coming dancing and staying with its male. (See 1st verse).
