The Srimad Bhagavatam

The Srimad Bhagavatam is an excellent work containing stories of the Lord's Avatars and the life story of Lord Krishna. This work was compiled for everyone to read and practice, especially those who are not allowed to read or hear the Vedas (which are dualistic and do not address the subject of Mukti, Brahman, etc.). It is the clearest exposition of the paths to Mukti and offers the clearest advice on sadhana and conduct in life.

The extracts below have been chosen to answer the questions that many seekers are confused about or troubled by, but in no way are they comprehensive. The full book should be read many times by anyone who is serious about mukti in this lifetime.
